I want all of my clients to ultimately feel free to have balance in their lifestyles - especially when it comes to food. To get out of their heads & focus more on quality of food, as opposed to calories.
I want to teach them to see that they can still eat well & healthy, but enjoy what they are eating & do not need to restrict in order to lose weight. My vision is to see you with more energy, pep in your step & to ultimately adapt long lasting healthy habits into your lifestyle!
My Story
Each & every one of us has a unique story with our own personal health & wellness journey. I am happy to know that what brought me here to help you today is mine.

Growing up, myself & my siblings were fed well. My mother tried her best to follow Canada's food guide. I definitely was not that kid who got dunkaroos or goldfish in my lunch box, rather we had yogurt & multigrain crackers. Nevertheless, the main focus was to get us to school & have something to sustain us.

The awareness of my own health didn’t make a presence in my life until my mid 20's. To be completely honest, I was going through a difficult break up & one of the only things that made me feel better at the time was exercise.

I then made the decision to compete as a bikini athlete. I was working with a coach who had given me a very restricted meal plan, which I followed for 5 months. I felt strong, looked amazing & was loving life - the dieting was not difficult for me at the time + my ego was thriving.

Fast forward, post competition, I felt lost, I didn’t know where to take my life next. On top of that, I also began to develop a super unhealthy relationship with food & with my body. I developed a pattern of binging & restricting, I was extremely bloated & I had not gotten my period in months, which grew into years.

I Needed Answers...
So, I began to do my own research. Along the way I had connected with others who had similar experiences, who were also on the path to improving their health. I became super curious about nutrition, health & wellness. I also just wanted to heal myself.

I then decided to take up studies to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. After a few months of school, I had gotten my flow back after four years without it. It was what felt like a miracle. I did really feel as though I was on the right path.

With time, my relationship with food began to heal, I stopped demonizing foods & began to enjoy foods, finding a way of intuitive eating that worked for me.

It's funny how life works sometimes - the things that we grow through become catalysts to some of our biggest blessings. My own personal experience is what brought me to helping others today & I could not be more grateful.

Sincerely,

Alexandra
