What is Holistic Nutrition? The primary philosophy of Holistic Nutrition is that one’s health is the sum of a person as a whole. This includes their thoughts/mind, spiritual well being, lifestyle, trauma’s, environment & genetics as well as nutrition, digestion & exercise. It also focuses on how all of these things are interconnected. “The goal of holistic nutrition is to support and optimize the body’s innate healing abilities, promoting wellness & preventing disease.”

Are your services covered by insurance?Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Nutritionist or Registered Holistic Nutritionist may be covered on your extended benefits plan. After each payment you make, you will receive an invoice which shows a breakdown of the services you have paid for, as well as any other relevant information you will need to send to your insurance company. If seeing a nutritionist is dependent on insurance coverage, it is always best to check with your insurance company first, before commitment. Some plans only cover Registered Dietitians or Naturopaths. Please reach out if you have any more questions on this subject.
